Lima Packs are valid for 180 days from purchase. You can use all agents freely within the validity period.
Yes. You can own multiple Lima Packs of the same or different types. Lima from the earliest-purchased pack is deducted first.
Any remaining Lima will be automatically forfeited. We notify you 30 days before expiration via registered contact or in-service notification.
You may request a refund for unused Lima Pack balance within the validity period. The refund amount is 90% of the unused balance. However, refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase or if the service has been used.
You can purchase Lima Packs freely up to a cumulative spend limit of KRW 1,000,000. You can buy additional packs even if you still have Lima remaining, and you can switch to a different pack type after using one up.
